Proposal merger Porthus NV - TIE Belgium NV

In 2003, Porthus acquired TIE Belgium NV. Porthus wishes to merge TIE Belgium NV with Porthus in order to simplify the group structure, internal operations and administration. Herewith the Dutch version of the merger proposal document (December 31, 2008).
